About Us
Applications for couples are being accepted now for the winter season of 07-08. Wages depend on hours worked plus lot, free cable TV, some electric, Wi Fi, free long distance phone calls, laundry coins, and discounted park activities.
Office/Maintenance couples
four days a week. Starting date could be last week of October, 2007
through March 2008. Wages plus above items in the
first paragraph.
One will have office duties with four days a week plus some evening phone
answering, registration, and parking. The other will have grounds, pool,
and building maintenance/upkeep, and on call assigned evenings for emergency
work
and helping escort park when necessary. The maintenance person description
below gives more detail.
Activity Workers
Workers needed to help with Dinners and Dances, Bingo, Saturday morning
breakfasts, Potlucks and any special events, Pool/Beach parties, etc.
Able to work with Volunteers.
Couples cleaning and preparing activity center, pool, and area for next day’s program plus being visible at night riding a golf cart around the property. Cleaning will include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, dusting, minor maintenance, and any other work necessary to keep the building looking clean. Preparing for the next day’s Activities will be rearranging the activity center for dinners and programs.
Free rent and more for your 12 to 16 hour weeks.
Maintenance
Positions for 2007/2008 winter filled.
Knowledge and experience and/or willingness to learn in electrical, plumbing, carpenter, small engines, grounds (Mowing, Trimming, & Chemicals), pool & Spa, and, any other maintenance necessary in park operation. The person will also need to be physically capable to do some demanding manual work with hand tools & equipment. Tools and equipment to reduce some of the manual work include a 72” Toro Diesel mower, commercial grass trimmer, Kubota Tractor Loader/Backhoe, trencher, carpentry power & hand tools, plus parts inventories. Positions for 2007/2008 winter filled.
Basic Computer skills needed. Answering phone, Taking Reservations, payments, doing daily close-outs. Some poster and newsletter work plus light Office cleaning and straightening. In general, any duty to keep the park running smoothly like, but not limited to, cleaning, poster work, light maintenance (cleaning Vac etc), as determined by park staff.
Some evenings answering phone.
Cleaning & Set-Up
Cleaning Rec Hall, Pool/Spa Facilities, setting up next day’s Activities and programs. Some light maintenance. Must be able to follow set park procedures and directions for cleaning and using cleaning supplies in place, designed to meet the requirements needed. Locking-up Rec Hall in evenings. Keeping Inventory on Supplies.
Must be able to work nights, and be visible on Golf cart riding around park property. Possible cleaning of Rental units on occasion for extra pay.
Couples To Help with Park Activities
Saturday morning Breakfasts, Potlucks, help with Thursday evenings Welcome Orientation, helping to set out materials, prepare refreshments and do clean-up.
Occasional Beach Parties, Pool Parties are scheduled as weather permits. Compensation will be the same as other position for starting based on time assigned to each activity per the chart below.

expect all workers and volunteers to work for the park as a whole,
meeting the needs of everyone
and not just close friends or neighbors.
• Using park assets and property for special personal parties has been
an employee killer temptation in the past. This means not taking special
care of friends and acquaintances better than others.
• Park work activities and duties are to be kept separate from your social
activities.
• All couples have time off scheduled together plus discounted park activities
and lots of fun.

Bonus top possible = $216 per month couple or $108 individual Season Completion Bonus can be as high as $500.00 each. |

| Those working less than the 4 day week, 32 hour week, or an individual will be adjusted for the benefits received from the park. Ie. A lot will cover 102 hours per month. Hours over the 102 will be paid. | |
