We
offer all the above services plus a like new facility. The Activity
Center
includes a Game Room restrooms,
showers, and laundry. The laundry has a folding table and hanging
laundry cart. It has surround sound in all rooms, pool, and walks
for soft piped in music. Meals are fun with large air-conditioned

Reservations for 2008/2009 Season - Rates to remain the same.

Those wishing
to reserve their current site for next year need to do it before
February 15, 2008 to keep the same lot. Reservations for any lot
next season will be accepted after February 15th, 2008 from Rio
guests. March 1 on, anyone can reserve any open lot. First come
first serve. Your deposit goes toward the last part of the rental
period or a season Rental, and you can pick your lot with a 4 month
or longer reservation. Length of stay plans are available in the
office. Those reserving less than 4 months will get priority on
lots for reserving early or you may reserve specific lots for an increased price as outlined in the Blue table below

The rate charged is the average rate of a 12 month period. Any under
or over charge can be applied to future billings with limits. KWH
charges were about $.14 but we anticipate an increase in 2008/9 due
to increased fuel cost. Increases were aggressively fought working
with the local power company to get the smallest possible charge. |

sites may be reserved for 4 months
or more November through March. January through March see the
rates for specific site reservation of one to three months. The deposit
applies to the last part of your rental period. A deposit is necessary
to confirm
a reservation.

Mobile
Home One has window air conditioning, two bedrooms,
patio, and storage building. The living room is very nice with a sofa
and love seat. A spacious kitchen to handle six, second bedroom with double
bed, a full bath, and king bed in master bedroom. A view of the unit inside
and out is one click away.
Park Model 224 is a poolside unit with full patio with under cover parking
and storage building. It has a full kitchen, hide-a-bed, TV, VCR, dinning
table, easy chair with stool, and a nice view of the pool. |
